David Crowley
President and CEO
David Crowley is president and CEO of Enventure Global Technology – the energy industry’s leading provider of solid expandable technology. With over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas market, he brings a dynamic and global perspective to the company.
Spending his first 20 years with Schlumberger, Crowley held international assignments in key positions for operations, engineering and marketing. He then applied his international business expertise to assist US-based companies intent on growing their geographic footprint overseas. Most recently, he led the US and International divisions of Precision Drilling Oilfield Services after they acquired Grey Wolf drilling. During and after the acquisition, his accountability-centered leadership ensured a successful transition for both the employees and customers.
David holds a bachelor of science in marine engineering from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy and he participated in Advanced Management Programs with INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France; London School of Economics and Political Science, England; and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), the International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC), and the American Petroleum Institute (API).

Kevin Knight
VP, Chief Financial & Administrative Officer
Vice President Kevin Knight is the chief financial and administrative officer of Enventure Global Technology. Knight has over 20 years of financial and accounting experience and has held finance roles in a range of industries including construction, food, oil and gas. During his career, Knight has held a broad range of responsibilities such as implementing information technology (IT) projects in accounting, personnel management, HSSE, supply chain and property management. Prior to Enventure, he worked at Andergauge (Anderson Group), where he was the CFO and finance director for more than nine years. Knight, a naturalized American citizen, is a graduate of Durham University, received his initial accountancy training with Pricewaterhouse, and was qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1988 (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales). He is an international affiliate member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Kevin Waddell
VP, Technology & Marketing
Kevin Waddell is a twenty-nine year industry veteran who joined Enventure in 1999. He currently holds the position of vice president of technology and marketing overseeing the strategic planning, development and commercialization of SET® technology to the global marketplace. During his tenure at Enventure he held various managerial and executive roles including vice president of research and development as well as vice president of business development and solutions. Waddell holds over a dozen patents and has written multiple technical papers on expandable technology. His experience prior to Enventure includes roles in technical, project management, business development, and management for Halliburton Energy Services. He earned a bachelors degree in Geological Engineering from the University of Arizona.

Matt Ratliff
HSSE Director & Compliance Officer
Matt Ratliff is the HSSE director and chief compliance officer for Enventure Global Technology. Of his 24 years in health, safety and environmental work he has spent 10 with Enventure and is now part of the company’s senior staff. Prior to Enventure he worked with Halliburton (including 2 years in West Africa), Rockwell International and Oklahoma State University. His vast experience with cultural variances and their impact on HSSE performance has enabled him to lead Enventure through two years (2008-2009) without a single recordable incident. Ratliff holds a BS in Geology from Oklahoma State University, an MS in Environmental Engineering and Science from the University of Oklahoma, and is a member of The Society of Petroleum Engineers and American MENSA limited.

Dick Sherry
General Counsel
Dick Sherry joined Enventure in 2008 bringing more than 40 years of tax and legal expertise. Previously, he spent 33 years with ConocoPhillips finishing his career with the company as Vice President of Tax. He holds a BS in Accounting from New York University (NYU), a JD from Fordham University as well as a LLM from NYU. He is a member of the New York State Bar and a Certified Public Accountant. Currently, Dick is an adjunct professor of law at the University of Houston Law School and participates in a variety of social and professional organizations.
