Enventure Names David Crowley President and CEO

HOUSTON, September 7, 2010 — Enventure Global Technology, the energy industry’s leading provider of solid expandable technology, today announced the appointment of David Crowley as president and chief executive officer. With more than 30 years in the oil and gas industry, Crowley will lead the company from its headquarters in Houston. He joins Enventure from Precision Drilling Oilfield Services, following its acquisition of Grey Wolf Drilling, where he led the company’s U.S. and international divisions. He succeeds Ray Ballantyne, who announced his retirement earlier this year.

Crowley spent the first 20 years of his career with Schlumberger where he held international assignments in key positions for operations, engineering and marketing. He then applied his international business expertise to US-based companies seeking opportunities to grow their geographic footprint overseas.

Crowley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marine engineering from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy, and participated in advanced management programs with INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France; London School of Economics and Political Science, and the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), the International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC), and the American Petroleum Institute (API).
