Brad baker

Brad Baker is a global energy executive with 35 years of experience building and leading high-performance organizations across drilling, stimulation, and completions, from the oilfields of China and Eastern Russia to boardrooms across four continents.

As Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Enventure, a company dedicated to delivering innovative expandable liner technology solutions for the energy industry worldwide, Brad brings a rare combination of operational depth, executive leadership, and international expertise to the role.

Throughout his career, Brad has held executive positions overseeing global pressure pumping and stimulation services, as well as completions and intelligent wells organizations, within large multinational corporations. His technical foundation spans drilling, stimulation, and completions, including extensive work in sand control complemented by earlier roles in engineering, marketing, and field operations. With more than 20 years of international assignments across Latin America, the Caribbean, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, including seven years managing operations across China and Eastern Russia, Brad has built a global perspective that enables him to lead complex, cross-cultural organizations in the world's most demanding environments.

Beyond his operational career, Brad has demonstrated success in corporate governance and strategic finance. He has served as Chairman and in independent board roles for global enterprises and has led significant, complex acquisitions. Notably, he brings direct private equity experience, including successfully leading a portfolio company through a full exit, generating strong returns for investors, a distinction that reflects his ability to create and realize enterprise value.

Brad holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
