The casing just... fell.

THE PROBLEM

An 8-5/8 in. intermediate casing separated from the wellhead hanger and dropped 43 ft down the hole. It landed at an angle inside the 10-3/4 in. casing — blocking tool access entirely. No conventional fix existed. The well was headed straight for plug and abandonment.

THE FIX

We engineered a solution that didn't exist yet.

Enventure designed and manufactured a custom 40 ft, 7 in. x 8-5/8 in. 32 ppf ESeal™ Patch with a 6 ft aluminum stinger — purpose-built to thread into the fallen casing, align both sections, and lock them together permanently in a single run.

One trip in hole. Installed. Cemented. Expanded. Done.
